Ideal for music videos, commercials, fashion editorials, action scenes, narrative films, and automotive productions. The space offers a unique old-factory atmosphere with multiple shooting zones, natural industrial lighting, and gritty production-ready aesthetics rarely found in Bangkok. Parking space is available for approximately 20–30 Cars. If your production requires more than 15 cars, please inform the host in advance for coordination purposes. Please note: Loud noises are not permitted after 10 PM as the location is situated near residential houses.
