Floor 1: Common area with pantry, sofa, and dining zone for actors and crew Floor 2: Small recording studio (Studio B) Floor 3: Large recording studio (Studio A) - Suitable for shooting music videos and all types of production work, accommodating a maximum of approximately 30 people. - Electrical system 3 phase supports the use of lighting and filming equipment adequately. Important notices before filming - Please inform the crew in advance before moving any musical equipment. - If arriving before the scheduled time, please notify the crew in advance. - If the number of cars exceeds 9 vehicles, please also inform the crew in advance. Additional requirements - Use of smoke machines is prohibited inside the room or recording studio area. - Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area.
