About the Space

A spacious former garment factory transformed into a raw, open creative space, offering a distinctive industrial backdrop for Photography shoots, Film productions, Music videos, Commercials, Fashion shoots, and Private events. The space features a long open-plan layout with white industrial walls, exposed structural columns and beams, large windows, and polished floors. Rows of windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day, while the late-afternoon sun creates dramatic warm light, long shadows, and reflections across the interior. The mostly empty layout gives production teams plenty of flexibility to build sets, bring in props, create temporary installations, or use the existing raw factory aesthetic as-is. Multiple shooting directions and the long depth of the space also make it suitable for wide compositions, movement shots, larger setups, and events.
