About the Space

Studio X is a modern dark-toned dance and movement studio with a distinctive industrial aesthetic, ideal for dance rehearsals, choreography, music videos, fashion shoots, commercials, content creation, workshops, and other creative productions. The studio features dark grey walls and flooring, large full-length mirrors, and a high exposed ceiling with visible white structural beams. The contrast between the dark interior and exposed ceiling gives the space a more dramatic, contemporary look that works particularly well for productions looking for a moodier visual style. Built-in ceiling spotlights provide flexible ambient lighting, while the dark walls make it easier for production teams to introduce their own lighting and create more controlled looks. A window at one end provides some natural daylight when needed. The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with a speaker system and moderate soundproofing, with a large open floor suitable for performers, dancers, camera movement, and small-to-medium production setups. **Remarks** - Regular classes are held 7:00 PM–10:30 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekends. The studio is generally available outside these hours. - Parking is subject to availability, with approximately 20 parking spaces around the property. - Due to offices located within the same building, loud music and high noise levels are permitted after 7:00 PM on weekdays. - Noise restrictions are more flexible on weekends. - For productions requiring loud playback, additional lighting, equipment setups, or specific shooting hours, please message the host directly on SceneAccess before booking.
